When you visit this website
This marketing website has no account registration, sign-in or payment form. It does not use advertising or third-party analytics tools, and it does not create or store an app account session here.
Pages and local images are served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure the service. Its privacy policy explains that processing.
App accounts and purchases
When you use a TVy account, information such as your email address, account/session identifiers, registered device details, device names you provide and verified purchase entitlements is processed to operate account features. Supabase provides the account infrastructure.
Store purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. TVy does not collect payment-card information on this website.
Playlists, viewing data and recordings
Your playlists, viewing progress, favorites, local recordings and backups are managed locally in the app. Your streaming sources process the connection details and requests sent to their services to deliver streams.
TMDb movie information services, supported casting and speech services are subject to their own privacy practices. Feature availability can vary by platform.
Error reports
The app uses Sentry to diagnose issues. TVy’s report filter removes passwords, source URLs, session information, purchase evidence and user identity fields from reports. The app does not use advertising tracking or Firebase Analytics.
Support and account deletion
When you email support, we use the information in your message to respond to your request. Do not send unnecessary personal information, passwords or verification codes.
Start account deletion under Settings → Account in the app or contact support. You can use the same address for privacy and data requests.
